New Study Finds that Nanotechnology Training is Lacking in Dermatology

Medical Students Section

The Nanodermatology Society Medical Student Section is dedicated to representing medical students' interests in nanodermatology, improving medical education in nanotechnology, and developing leadership within this young field.

NDS-MSS Mission Statement:

The purpose and objectives of the Medical Student Section are:

  • To encourage and support the active participation of medical students in the Nanodermatology society;
  • To provide a forum for and a representation of student opinions and ideas in Nanodermatology;
  • To promote and maintain educational programs which provide a better understanding of the benefits and potential pitfalls of Nanodermatology;
  • To promote and develop leadership in the medical community;
  • To promote the further enhancement of medical education;
  • To honor the academic tradition of medicine and affirm the sound and ethical responsibilities of the medical profession; and
  • To periodically re-evaluate the above objectives and ensure that they are carried out in a proper fashion.
